- Our business is underpinned by our Quality Standard which has
been developed using APS 320. This standard codifies the
standard of work that is required by our consultants and the
level of performance expected from our consultants. Whilst this
is required for professional accountants no such standard exists
for bookkeepers.
- All engagements are supported by an Engagement Letter that
clearly define the terms of the engagement;
- All engagements are supported by a Confidentiality Agreement
that protects the clients sensitive information, processes and
procedures;
- All engagements are documented in a Client Business Brief and
Procedure Guide. This details the procedures involved in the
clients engagement so that the client's work is not interrupted
due to the unforeseen absence of their consultant, we simply
provide another consultant for that period;
- We can prepare client BAS and eliminate your need to supervise
bookkeepers in the performance of their duties;
- All Clients receive monthly financial reporting including
monthly profit and loss and comparison to budget, profit and
loss year to date, profit and loss for last 12 months, cash flow
projection and other tailored reports as required;
- External accountants receive the same monthly reports so as to
maintain closer monitoring of client performance.
